Someone changed the tail lights to better match an original.

That is good news for me. I purchased Aurora #153 five years ago for $35k. The car had 8k miles. I spent an additional $25k on a complete cosmetic restoration.

I was planning on buying a new CSX8000 when I found the Aurora five years ago and would have spent over $100k if I had purchased one. I was happy to have saved the extra money. I love the Aurora and have enjoyed owning it.

I have been curious what a restored well sorted Aurora was worth. Now I have the answer.

Thanks for posting this.
