Default ID of this Cobra?

Just flicking through some old pictures, and came across this one....

Any idea what its origins are? Looks like an aluminium body. The oil cooler scoop shape looks more like an Autokraft....?

It certainly looks like an 'active' car.

Cheers,
Glen

Here's a Bonham auction listing from what appears to be 2011 - no idea what the final sale price was: Bonhams : 1964 AC Shelby Cobra Competition Roadster Chassis no. CSX2301 Engine no. 5A-22W

Could this be another one of those ‘shaggy dog’ Cobra ID stories….?

From information in the Registry, CSX2301 was written off and its team-mate 2260 became (for expediency) the new 2301 for a while, and then the new '2301' reverted to being 2260 and a new 2301 was constructed by Autokraft using a few minor parts salvaged from the wreck (but that would essential make it a replica).

So which CSX cars are these…..2260 or the Autokraft 2301 ….

…and…

...and which car (2301 or 2260) is pictured in my original post?

Cheers,
Glen
