Need information on a csx2008 Shelby cobra. Looking at it, the claim is it’s a 67’ 427 Shelby cobra. Is this an air car? Box frame, fiberglass body. Fake?

I think you answered your own questions. Yes, it's fake.
CSX2008 was used as a styling exercise by Ford to build the 'Cougar II'. The VIN was changed to XDCO315091. It appeared at the 1964 NY World's fair.
