Default Holley: needle and seat indexing?

Saw an advert fr BLP bottom feed needle and seats which apparently feed the fuel to the bowls in a submerged position: the idea is to minimize fuel aeration as fuel is replenished in the bowls...

On researching these the subject of needle and seat indexing comes up; apparently opinions are that indexing the n&s achieves the same thing.

Any info on how this is actually done?

Thanks

It appears its much the same as indexing your spark plugs.

Marking the nut flats that coincide with the window on the on the needle and seat so it points towards the fuel feed side of the bowl.

See post # 4 for instructions.

I imagine it could be beneficial if you road race you car (sustained high fuel consumption). Probably not so much Kmart parking lot.
