As an appraiser, you should be mentioning whether you are doing an appraisal for insurance purposes, or for a current market appraisal? You do realize the implications of the differdnce between the two, right?

Then again, as an appraiser, you should be giving out the above information and more if you want a truly qualified response from those who follow the market for these cars

The OP spoke to me regarding the car as I thought I may have sold it new (I didn't) and I provided him some information that was useful. The car may be available in the future.
