Default Rust on ceramic coated side pipes

Hello. I have flat black coated side pipes that i just noticed today are starting to show some rust on the underside near the outlet. Probably from the rock chips hitting it.

Any issues with touching up with spray paint? if so what kind? Thanks in advance

If it where it won't show much they make a High Temperature Exhaust paint that I have used in the past with pretty good results. I had to clean and replace it every couple of years but it did stand up well. I just can't remember the brand or even where I bought it.

I would lightly sand any rust areas, then use a product either by Rust Bullet or POR 15 to prevent further rusting. POR 15 also makes a high temp paint to follow up.
