Hmmm...... might have run into Allan Grant back in the day on McHenry Blvd Modesto. There was quite a rivalry between Modesto and Stockton amongst drag/street racers. To say these competitions were "less than friendly" would be putting it mildly.
I'll have to ask him if he comes to the Sept.1st museum fundraiser.

As well as articles that are well worth the read, Classic Driver is an excellent source of professional quality pictures of some really nice cars. Always worth a look from my perspective.
