Cobra Make, Engine: Backdraft w/Smeding 351 dart block punched to "427"

How does a 1997 Superformance Cobra compare to a 2010 Superformance Compare as far as build quality goes. I'm sorry if I'm asking simple questions, but haven't found there to be much difference other than the updated rear shock mount.
