Assolutely not good enough. We require a DNA sample mailed to Jamo for legal approval before forwarding to our resident vampire Turk for the taste test. If and only if, the sample has an octane reading > 100, do you qualify as a gashole, otherwise it's back to $sshole cell for further drilling and if necessary bribery.
Don't even ask how Turk distinguishes the octane reading, he'll keep that scientific method to himself (or not).
