Make sure your slab meets the minimum requirements. Mine did. I used the wedge anchors that came with the lift and have not had any issues.
If you watch the Danmar website, you can catch it on sale. They offer free shipping. I picked it up at the freight dock and unloaded it with my engine hoist.
