Default Pulling rear output seal on a TKO600 tips/tricks?

I got my trans out, but the rear seal isn't cooperating.

I have a lisle seal puller and it isn't working, just won't catch the outer ring from the back to pull it off.

Is there some trick to getting one of these things out?

Thanks!

-Dave

UPDATE-

I got it out.

I punched a hole in it with a 1/16 punch, threaded in a screw, then used pliers on the screw and hammered the pliers- pulled right off. Damned thing

Sorry I did not post earlier, I was working on my bronze cam shaft gear.I was going to tell you to use a screwdriver and a hammer .You do not care what happens to the old seal anyways sense, you are going to replace with new.

Haha, the screw trick worked well. I saw it online with a puller, but in way too cheap to buy a tool for that

I bought a couple exhaust connections at autozone to use as seal installers. About 3 bucks a piece and worked like a charm
