I have purchased and used the Titanium silver from automotive touch up and it is close but not a perfect match. It is near impossible to get a perfect match with a brush or any other application method. The metallic in the paint will never lay down the same as a spray application and that is why the after market paints are “close but no cigar“

Lou:

Did you use it on a Backdraft, or on your Superformance? Just curious. For small areas it works great on my BDR.

I used it on my SPF and it either came out too light or too dark. On smaller areas it is ok but on larger areas not so good

Yes, that is the trouble you have with metallic paint.

I have only had one car with metallic paint, and I have much better success touching up normal straight colors.

To the OP, your cobra is one of the most beautiful I have seen.
