It was just a local powdercoater. They do frames or anything. The high-temp powder is easy to get. They blasted the pipes, powdercoated them, and I threw them on. I think I paid a whopping $75 for them both to be coated? I do not think it would hold up on headers due to the heat, but the high-temp powder is good to 1300 degrees if I recall.

are you refering to powder coat or ceramic coat? I did not know there was a high temp powder coat.
