Be careful ordering from finish line they are back to Collecting peoples money and not shipping the parts or answering their phone calls or answering their emails it’s just a matter of time before this guy Collects enough money from people and then he will close completely

I just don't get this. When you do get the guy on the line he's very helpful, eager to help and please. Yet, so many reports of him just disappearing at times. I just don't understand the issue. You can't run a business like that. He's a good guy with good inventory. All he needs to do is answer the phone and ship orders. This is all very strange to me.

I have read all of the threads about issues with Finishline, but my experience this month was quite different. I ordered the roll bar cross member from him mostly because I could not find it anywhere else. I called at lunch, Taylor answered and was very friendly and helpful and he knows he is getting a black eye on this site. In short, I paid for the item and had it a week later. Just my experience...

I know we talked about this before, if I can ever get Brent (EM-0785) to retire, we would be happy to make him an offer to buy Finishline from him. I (called & emailed) him last month for a pair of AC badges, and an AC horn cover, To ask if they were in stock, I would gladly order from you, NOTHING, no call no Email. I don't get it either.

I can't say enough nice things about Action Customs Enterprises! There sight said they were out of the Roof Bow Straps, so I took a chance and added to cart, it showed up with the rest of my parts, fast shipping to. Also ordered a Shelley jack handle set, glad I did, since they are getting harder to find! I haven't seen a 12DL or LJ22 in a while either, their LJ22 at $1100 may start to look good soon enough! Glad I got my 12DL with the L bracket and another with the curved cast saddle, after all the work and the Action handle, I still came out cheap. Now if they would just make up some more spare wheel nuts?

He used to be a member here, then he allegedly screwed somebody on building/restoring a Cobra for another member. There is a long post on it and it looks REALLY bad. The guy ended up taking the car to somebody else and that guy had to pull everything apart and start over. There is a really long thread and a few other people interjected how they had been taken to the cleaners also.

Glad you didn't have any problems.
