The annual Lake George Summer Fun Run will be held Friday, July 12, Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14, 2024 in Lake George, NY
Planning for another epic road tour passing through the historic Adirondack Mountain towns and villages of Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake is in the works. We’ll be going through some of the best of the “High Peaks” country of the ADK Mountains. The twisty roads that we will be following will be something you will remember for a long time, the scenery second to none. A lunch stop at an iconic Northwoods Inn/Restaurant will cap off the morning’s drive. After lunch we head back to Lake George and end up with a drive to the top of Prospect Mountain for the panoramic views of Lake George and the surrounding valleys and mountains. This Drive is worth the trip to Lake George alone!
The headquarters hotel for this event is the Fort William Henry Resort in Lake George, NY. The resort has offered an attractive rate of $259 for a premium room and $399 for Grand Hotel rooms. These rooms will sell out very fast so I would recommend booking a room as soon as possible to take advantage of these rates.
You must book the room by calling the hotel at 800-234-0267 or 518-668-3081 and mention the Lake George Cobra Summer Fun Run. We will also be holding the Friday evening dinner gathering at the hotel.

Lake George is a very popular summer destination so lodging options will fill up fast. Booking a room now is highly recommended, with most hotels offering generous cancellation policies in the event you cannot make the Tour.

We’ll have an informal get together/dinner for Friday arrivals and locals at the restaurant in the Fort William Hotel. Plan to meet in the Hotel lobby at 6 PM.
The Saturday Tour will leave from the Fort William Hotel parking lot at precisely 10:00 AM. Plan to arrive early for the drivers meeting.
