Off topic question for Dallas area guys
For you Dallas guys, I could use a bit of help. I just got a job up in Dallas, and I'm toying with the idea of moving up to Dallas rather than commute from Houston. The job is at Love Field. I wouldn't want to live in the city anywhere, I'm thinking about a northern suburb within a 30 minute drive maximum to Love Field, in an town or area where it's fairly affordable to live, safe, quiet and perhaps even enough space to erect a large shop on a piece of property alongside the house. I can't live in the middle of nowhere, as the wife likes her shopping, restaurants, etc within an easy drive. Any ideas on what areas I could look at? Sorry for the off topic post, and thanks!
