One thing I know is, you can't trust the original times in the magazines! When Motor magazine in England, finally got a hold of a MKIII Cobra in 1967, a car prepared by John Woolfe putting out 500hp, they got almost the exact same time to speed readings as Road & Track got five years earlier with CSX2000, the prototype Cobra with a 260! 0-40 2.6, 60, 4.2, and 80, 6.8.
