So, the car was built by HRE back in 1997 white, black (vinyl at the time) interior. Powered by a stroked 375 cubic inch engine (Nascar at the time was using 358CI engines, so the actual engine being a nascar engine is a fallacy) reported to have been built by Ernie Elliot's brother, who also built his NASCAR engines, which is where the story takes it's current version, I'd ask seller for paperwork to confirm the internals.
Other than that, an unspecified 5spd was used, most likely a Tremec TKO, also had Trigo wheels with stainless steel knock offs, black headers and sidepipes, oil cooler, and chrome rollbar. Original owner was in Mt Lakes, NJ, I'd met him a number of times while still living a few towns over. He sold it some time later to a fellow in Saddle River, NJ then I lost site of it. Same basic information can be found in an older SAAC registry.
The registrar has been known to peruse this forum, so eventually he will stumble across your thread, or you could go to the SAAC webpage and contact him directly.
