Default ERA 575 - Rear Brake Caliper Upgrade

Guys,

One question the new owner is inquiring about ERA575 is potentially upgrading the rear calipers to Wilwoods to match the fronts that I replaced 2 years ago. When I concluded my research for replacing the front calipers, I purchased the following from Summit Racing:

Wilwood Front Calipers (Part # 120-11136)
and Wilwood Pads ( Part # 15Q-6829K)

These were a perfect substitute for the stock front brake system and work very well.

On the rear, my rear calipers are the original Sierras and work fine. The fronts were fine as well but as I recall there was a problem with one of the bleeder nipples, which led me to the decision to upgrade the fronts. I'm not sure if the new owner will really want to make the change but I thought I'd reach out to my fellow CC members for a recommendation.

Has anyone done an upgrade to Wilwood calipers in the rear on their ERA? I have the "big brake" upgrade from ERA so I'm looking for a recommendation on which part numbers for Wilwood calipers would work well in my application.

I'm Sure Claes (new owner) will be joining CC soon if not already a member.

Thank you all.

Frank

P.S. I did search the forum to see if I could find this info but mostly only data about how the Sierra calipers work great and were on the ERA car that won a 0-100-0 competition. So hopefully this post helps anyone else looking to replace their Front calipers on their ERA as I did and successfully found the appropriate front calipers/pads from Wilwood.
