My buddy has a Nash (same as Richmond) in a Nova with 750 hp. Runs 9.90's, power shifts it with 14" slicks all day long. Has had it for over 10 years.

Only 5th. gear is different between the TKO and TKOII. TKO is .68 TKOII is .83 TKOII also has a stronger 3rd. gear.

My ERA manual doesn't say anything about it being off center. They do offer the correct shift linkage and handle. Richmond offers a race version with straight cut gears, and a street version with angle cut gears. Noise is only a problem with the race version which is not reccomended for street use.
