Default Headlight rings

Please help! I need one (or two, if you dont want to break up a set,) Headlight ring for my NAF Cobra. Apparently, my ring is deeper than what is available from Finishline and some others. House of Cobras in Anaheim found the shallower rings, but it doesnt fit my car. The dimensions are : 1 1/8" deep, and 8 5/8" across the side that goes against the car. Thanks in advance, Edley, the Cobra Rogue!

Hi Edley,

Most Cobras us the trim rings from the MG (the originals had the same lights I believe). It sounds to me from your dimensions that your kit is using headlights from the Austin/Morris (BMC) Mini. These are deeper than the MG trim rings and slightly larger in diameter.

Someone else may be able to confirm your dimensions but they sound about right to me.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

I think you are on the right track Mike, the mini ones should fit.
