Default help with hub

I have a momo 6 billet hub and wheel in my 289 replica. I have an original style wheel from Enzo that I would love to put on. I need a new hub for the 1980 MGB steering column. I thought someone said I need an original style hub? Can someone straighten me out so I can put this nice wheel on. Thanx in advance.

Default Correct Steering Shaft/Hub

I have used the 6 bolt Mota Lita wheel with original hub also, the steering shaft was sourced from a 63/64 MGB. Unsure of what year the spline shape/count/diameter changed but I was able to find one that did not have the key lock on the column.
Hope this helps

Good luck
Rick
