I read through this entire thread and have to commend Corvetteman, Toivo, Jeb or bobl, who may be all and the same persons, for proverbially stirring the winter pot. It seems that when the days are short, dark, cold and gloomy, an alarmist appears to report that someone is lurking in the shadows to steal our emblems, reveal some salient truth about replica manufacturers or just stimulate the post count. I personally checked with several resources and am happy to report that we can all sleep soundly tonight because bobl is a bubble off.

I must have misunderstood Dean Rosen when I was at Dynamic because I thought that Carroll's car was Sunset Red with Titanium stripes. I just learned that it's "yellow with green stripes"

Our car should be here in 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, Eric is starting the engine build, so completion date is approximately 6 -8 weeks.

ha ha ha. I've been lurking aroung around here a couple years and know better than that! But I do miss all the posts over at "Road Serpants" .

I guess I could just say I thought "meat" was a wonderful guy and a tremendous asset to the hobby. Then ask if anyone had a copy of his famous book they wanted to sell? That should be enough to get things going.....or get me banned forever!
