Anyone know anything about this car? Supposedly it is one of only two. My question is 'two of what'?

I was told that it has been recently appraised for over $800k. All because of the polish? Wow!

Stupid Question.....can one drive a polished body car on the street. Seems the glare would be terrible for those around you. That said, tanker trucks do it all the time
