Well since I started this I'll try to explain what I meant.
The title of the thread is the most accurate replicas of all time. We have to assume we are talking about the 60's era Shelby Cobras. If we agree that is the car the thread is talking about; then cars that have features that are not on the 289 fia comp/427 street/427 comp cars but otherwise look like the cobra don't fair well. DVD players are as wrong as a tuck and roll leather interior. That's all I was saying. The AC cars evolved separately into more modern cars with wilton carpets and leather covered everything. I'm not too crazy about the plush cobra and think it's great that AC is returning to it's roots. I think one could say the 300ZX is not much of a Z when compared to what came before and what is being produced now, same idea. how'd I do:3DSMILE: pk |

In my mind any MkII or MkIII style car that AC produces qualifies as a Cobra in my book. Regardless of whether it can legally be called one or not. They are entitled to a "pass" on that because of their place in Cobra history. But thats my opinion.
