Snakeeyes is right on with his previous comment...I could not imagine NOT having mine coated. The amount of heat they produce is amazing and I would think it would actually be quite dangerous having them uncoated. But then again, I am running high compression and race fuel only...
Chics LI - That is what I have done and it works fine...The headers are all you should really be concerned with unless you do a lot of car shows...If you are concerned with looks, you can't beat ceramic coating. Otherwise, the pipes are only there for a bit of backpressure
