Ok, now I am going to hijack my own thread. I have a question for the AZ residents. Can you recommend any good BBQ restaurants?

I love BBQ and try to sample the best of the local fare when I am in a new town. What kind of BBQ is available in AZ - Beef or Pork? How is it prepared wet or dry? These are some of the important questions I would like to find the answer to?
