If this is true, and as much as I would like it not to be - It DOES sound like something our moron buearucrats would waste their time with...Because this is SUCH A HUUUUGE threat to the public...EEEEYYYEEEAAHHHH RIIIIIIGHT !!!!!
There is no doubt in my mind these a-holes are only trying to collect on late/bad registrations and make some [more] $$$ for the state. The hatred/resentment runs too deep....any of you spineless law enforcement/DMV idiots listening ??
