Arrow Mr. Bruce's Go-kart Cobra

Mr. Bruce.

Some questions:
- How do you go to finish the interior of your go-kart Cobra?
- Is the rear axle with or without suspension?
- What is the weight of it?

Thanks.

Ernesto Freitas

Ernesto, the interior is aluminum, the rear suspension closely resembles what is know as "truck-arm"(you might be able to find a description on Google.com), Weight is 360 lbs, without driver. Come on down Mike, bring you own gass, I won't be able to get you out of it once you start it up. These things are a BLAST!

Mr. Bruce:

This means that the car has a rear live axle?

One other thing: How do you reverse the car?

I’m sorry for the questions; just curiosity!

Ernesto

Do you already have any car finished?
Have you got some pictures?

I want to see the finished product very much.

I bet the car is going to be something...

Ernesto

Ernesto, no reverse, car is so lite no need, get out and push. Yes live rear axle. Car in the pics is the 4th one. I supply them in kit form, finish is up to builder.

Bruce,
what's the wheelbase/track, will it fit on an old Mini Cooper chassis? Wheelbase 80.1 in | 2032.0 mm. | 81.3 m.
I've got an old Mini sitting around that is in need of restoration/conversion.
Now, that would make one heck of an autocrossing "Mini Coobra"
