The only motive for any replica company - $$$$$. Why is CS different?
He felt he had the right to trade dress. Right or wrong. He lost. Thats it. He did have the right to the name/logo and mark. He was right to move to protect those.
The replica companies aren't in the business because they like us. They are in the business for $$$$. If the market dried up they would go on to other products.
