Default Wife Drives the Cobra

I may have lost my Cobra...

I did something stoooopid... I let my wife drive the Cobra.

She did fine; kept the rpms around 2000 most of the time. Gave it some pedal a couple of times and really enjoyed herself.

The down side is now I don't know who will be driving those quick 1 1/2 hour runs to pick up a gallon of milk!

My wife takes our cobra shopping. I say I'm glad it has a small trunk. She says Jewelery comes in small packages.

Default watch out!!

Petek,
Next you'll be conjuring up a "Cosby" lookalike, blower hood, automatic, with a hardtop and air just to keep the footboxes cool.

Nuts? Nope. Smart as a fox? Maybe.

I figure if she likes the Cobra, she'll REALLY like the GT40 I'm going to build. Just got to get the ok from her!

Hi Guys.....

My wife drove my 1979 300ZX 5- speed had her own 1982 200SX 5-speed....as a daily driver.......1994 Saab turbo convertible 5 -speed daily driver. Drives a 2001 330ci BMW as a replacement for her 1996 BMW 328i Convertible. She knows how to deal with the Cobra.

Works out great because she doesn't drink and when we go to dinners etc. I know she can drive home. Even better on long trips I get to passenge and enjoy the ride by sharing the wheel time.

If any of you run into Mary Borden on the track....don't bet the pink on lap times you'll lose !!!!!!!

Spending money on keeping the cars in top shape, planning our weekends around Cobra drives, putting the Coupe in the garage beside the roadster and all activities we look at as partners with the BACC husbands and wives. The only thing she won't do is go to the track when I am racing........Just makes sure that the 7 figure life insurance premiums are paid.
