				 Saving Weight
Hi all; This is a hypothetical question, but I just can't stop thinking about it.
From what I understand the FFR cars tip the scales at approx 2100-2200lbs and I'm assuming they are some of the lightest kits about. How much weight would someone save by using a Ford 302/351 Aluminiun block and a Kevlar body. With extensive use of alloy on the motor eg heads, and a tremec box with 8.8 mustang rear,is it possible to get under 1900lbs.I know much other things will effect this situation, but I guess these are the main areas to save the most weight.
Do Ford Racing/Motorsport still make Aluminium blocks,I have a 2000 catalog the says they do, but my e-mails are not reaching them.
