SAN MATEO, CA. ¡X April 7 , 2003 „o NetLedger, Inc. today announced that its Vice President of Indirect Sales, Patricia A.(Pat) Ripepi, died on April 4th. She is survived by her husband Tony and daughters Christina and Elizabeth.. She was 51.

She will be sorely missed by all of us at NetLedger, and by the many professionals she touched and influenced in the technology industry .¡¨

Mrs. Ripepi was a recognized leader in the high-tech industry and spent more than 23 years in business development and sales. She was particularly well-known in the field of accounting software. Mrs. Ripepi joined NetLedger from Computer Associates (Nasdaq: CA), where she served as Vice President of Partner Sales for the company¡¦s ACCPAC International Division. Prior to Computer Associates, Mrs. Ripepi was Director of Sales with Visioneer, where she successfully grew the company¡¦s software sales by building a high-impact sales team. She also served as Vice President of Sales with UMAX Computer Corporation, where her leadership produced significant growth in channel revenues. Mrs. Ripepi has also held executive positions in sales and marketing with Radius, SuperMac, NYNEX, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mrs. Ripepi held Doctorate of Education (ABD) and Masters Degree in Mathematics Education from Temple University in Philadelphia and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from West Chester State University.
