I stand by my original example! Craig gets it, torque at higher RPM is more valuable than the same torque at lower RPM.
Given enough gearing (torque multiplier) even my 2.0 liter Aries engine will produce big torque numbers at the drive wheels. The problem is I'm only doing 12 MPH.
