Why do we keep saying the Daimler/Chrysler merger was a good thing. Chrysler, arguably, still makes some of the worst cars out there. And Daimler execs have not been happy at a business level with the deal. The term cultural clash is often mentioned.
BTW, the above statement is not offered as an analogy, just a comment.
