Work sucks,,,,I hear that. I'm scheduled to be on Maui for work every weekend for the next four weeks or so. Supervising contractors at a hospital retofit job. It's a rough assignment, but someone has to do it.

Saturday at the Fling
OK..more from the Fling...
Saturday is the big parade into the center of London OH. All had to meet at the Speedway Truck Stop and line up for a caravan into town: http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...80speedway.jpg Hundreds of cars, four-wide, came in tto the Main Street of town, and took over that street and many side streets. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...mainstreet.jpg http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...0ondisplay.jpg ...a flock of Gasholes inhabit an intersection... http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...1880london.jpg In the afternoon, rides were given to the local residents, raising money for the cause. The police had closed the main drag, as well as the side streets. What a display of iron! Two attendees found the opportunity to get side-by-side and "go" from a dig... since these alloy's all look alike, you may guess.... which one is Jamo? ...which one is Turk? http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...11880tandj.jpg Tonite..it's off to the Quaker Steak and Lube for a cruise-in dinner. Just got back from the "Lube"! It's only 11 PM :) Sure was laid back out there toinght, think we have worn everyone out :D
Well, 2 hours of work left and it's time to hit the sack! 6 AM comes mighty early these days. DV..aka worn out and put away wet! Ya gotta love it! Jenny's Kirkham finds it's new owner tomorrow around 3 PM. I will try to have it posted within 20 minutes of pulling the ticket! |

Thanks for posting picutres. Really wish I could be there with the Cobra that I don't have. Would have come without a Cobra if I could have as well. Maybe tomorrow my number will come up in the raffle. Hopefully it won't come up in any other sense. |
