I think SAI has moved away from the ad complained of.
Dave Semko: The reasons lawyers represent those who may be guilty is that little document known as the Constitution you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. A defense attorney's job is not to prove a defendant innocent but to make sure the rules are followed with respect to the states efforts to prove him guilty.
I also wish I were at the Fling. I regret not being there with you guys. Seems like all had a great time and great weather. I have been buried with work. I am going nuts and stressed!
