Might I suggest you consider professional fund raising? You've really got the knack.
Hey...just let it happen. When my partner retired after getting MS ten years ago, I had to go deep into debt to start my own firm. Best thing that ever happened. Sometimes you've got to go through some curves to get to a long straight. If I can be of any help (reviewing employment contracts, etc.), just let me know.
