Default Piston ring ID please
Which of these two is the top ring?
Picture A with the exterior "groove"
or picture B with the interior bevel?
Both rings are held the right way up.

The "torsional twist" ring goes on top. "What?" you say. It's the one with the bevel on the backside that causes the ring to twist up when compressed and installed in the bore. It's the second attachment on the UK Cobra Club string.
