Monterey Historics---going?

The Annual Monterey Historics are coming in August 2003. Just wanted to ask who might be going so we can try and meet there and say hello.

If you are going and can schedule to meet for awhile, please let me know here. We can exchange e-mails and phone numbers.

Colin and I will be there again this year. Same as last year. We are camping and getting the Flagroom tickets.

Should be a fantastic time given the theme this year.

Last year the theme was the Corvette.

This year it is to celebrate Ford's racing history (or something like that)

Here is a photo from last year when Chevy was the focus. Can you imagine what will be there this year?

This is great, I'll be cruising all around the place looking for Cobra people. I hope to hang out with Jim C. and whoever else I can find who will put up with my Cobra withdrawal!

Hi gentlemen,

Caravaning sounds great---me in my Expedition and you guys in your "greatest car ever put onto the road" Cobras? I might slow you down too much, but I'm game if you are.

My apologies for being away so long TT. I've been kinda busy with my new home and with all the stuff that goes along with a remodel...and a fiancee. No time for cars , well maybe just a little engine rebuild and some dirt track stuff!

Jim, that picture above with me and Pat in Mariaah is right at your favorite restaurant about 20 minutes away from LS. Is that what you had in mind? If so, I'll polish up my best convincing techniques with Pat so she can watch your son while we check out the way to the restaurant!

I recognize the car in the background, but that picture hardly looks like you! I'll be floating around the track Saturday and the Italian show on Friday. May or may not go to Pebble on Sun. before I head out.
