information on venom 427

Hello:
I am considering the purchase of a venom 427 , which like the super performance is made in south africa. Same type program, turn key minus engine transmission. I am planning on a 351w, don't need 500hp, I'm in southern ca.
The numbers so far using a used engine and transmission brings my cost to about 35K.
As Venom is new to the states, is there anyone that can give me any feed back.
