Default You know its gonna be a good day when its time to order your car!

Yesterday was a good day - no - make that a great day.

I spent about 5 hours at ERA to have another good look around, only this time I sat down with Peter at the end and actually pulled the trigger! My 289FIA is now officially "on order". ETA somewhere around Christmas. How great could that be?

While there, I saw the progress on 2084 - just back from the paint shop, 2087 (still in the early stages), and 2088 - which curiously, seemed to have leapfrogged one position ahead of 2087. Oh yeah, there were some bb's there too, but I can't say I noticed the #'s, as I am a sb guy. Lots of other neat stuff laying around - engines, trans, bit & pieces etc. Kinda like the worlds best candy store for Cobra nuts

My 13 yr old son sat in the GT40 mule - big mistake - he has now planted the seeds for a future GT40 purchase, but, at $100K + per copy for a turn key, it will be a few years away for him - after dental school, law school , or a lottery....

Many thanks to all the ERA guys for their great hospitality.

Anyway, a few pix for you all to enjoy. luke-44

Congrats and welcome to the NUt HOusE!

The guys at ERA are really great. They have been very nice to us over the years and they really make a great product. You are really going to be happy when you are done...the grinning never stops.
