Woodward & the "Blackout"

Even in the middle of the biggest power failure in history, the cruisers were at it on Woodward.

Got to say it is totally different with cars and no street lights.

A day with a generator is like, more work than I need.

Anyone else in the dark?

The Dream Cruise went on as usual, just a little down in cars and attendance. As the Mayor of Royal Oak said, "Trying to cancel the Dream Cruise is like trying to cancel Christmas."

The Great Lakes Cobra Club had probably at least 80 Cobras and other Cobras were around also. As a t-shirt that my wife bought said, "Who need power when you have horsepower?"

Anyone that likes class and unique cars need to plan on attending the Dream Cruise at their first opportunity.

I had every intention on making the Cruise this year but I picked up a few catering jobs in the meantime... I guess things work out for the best.... It would have been miserable making an appearance for the first time and have no power. Next year for sure...

and thanks for all the info on the Cruise earlier in the year....
