Question LS1/T56 combo Help needed

For everyone with the LS1/T56 combo.... how did you hook up your clutch?

I have the engine/tranny out of a 2002 camaro, I have the master cylinder but do to the exhaust I can't use that piece. The Clutch slave cylinder has a hose fitting that I've never seen before. Is this a common part? How did everyone else do this?

This is the last step before I can actually get is rolling under its own power so any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Red, i have seen many cars with modern engines, with all the fuel injection and engine management systems working. Lots of 'rods and kits do this. But i cannot understand how a builder can get all the sensors and such to work in a car now built for the electronicengine/managment system.

How on earth did you do it???

Hal, I'm not sure I totally understand your question? Getting the engine to work was not really a problem... it came with the wiring harness (all sensors etc.) and just about everything needed. I bought a service manual for all the wiring diagrams (I'm an Electrical Engineer so no problem). All I had to do is bypass the theft deterrent system, remove subsystems not needed and figure out what wires to supply power to for the computer. If you compare it to a carbed engine it is a lot more work figuring stuff out but it’s not that big of a deal if you have time and patience.
