The original Cobra's were made by SAI using body and chasis fabricated by AC. The Cobra was worlds apart from the original Ace.
Whether you want to say ol' Shel warmed over AC's or not one thing you said was correct. FFR's and SPF look like Shleby Cobras. Thats where the resemblence stops.
