I saw the Brock Coupe at Monterey & didn't care for it for the same reason I don't care for roadsters that have been 'modernized' (personal preference.)
If I want comfort and 21st century performance, I'd opt for a car designed for the 21st century - one with a VIN number I wouldn't have to tap dance for.
The Brock Coupe is striking, but I didn't find the cockpit amenities particularly impressive, either in materials or ergonomics.
I don't like any wheels over 15" on a 'classic' design (the Brock's look like they came off of an Escalade,) and next to the original coupe, the added dimensions gave it a Viper-esque bulk.
The original Cobras were cramped, noisy, bare-boned race cars for the street (as far as I know, only Phil Spector ever ran a coupe on the street.) I don't understand taking the concept & pampering it into a Lexus.
I'm sure my opinions might burn some biscuits on the forum, and I apologize in advance - but I take enough flak for driving a 'kit car.' I see no reason to remove all doubt.
