Aluminum fuel lines...

Any input about pros/cons of running aluminum fuel lines?

I currently run .25" diameter from Speedway, which is what the circle track guys use...but a boat builder recently picked that out as "questionable" material, suggesting stainless steel.

Of course that means all new AN fittings which aren't cheap.

P.S. I do run @ 12" of braided ss/flex hose from the frame to the carb to allow for engine movement.
