I think that Ron Rosen et al at Dynamic is too smart and shrewd to let this happen. Keyword LET. I have a suspicion that this may have been well orchestrated. I find it almost inconceivable that they would allow their top engine builder to get away from them!
There is definitely more to this we know at this point
