The Performance Cars vehicle (Venom 427) is not a kit. It's a turnkey minus. In other words, it's a complete car without the engine and transmission.
Team-C does offer a Cobra replica kit which they call the TCR 427.
Your best bet is to email them with your questions since a telephone call from Slovenia would be expensive. Here's their email address and good luck to you.
