I don't think I'm running any anti-virus software

. What do you guys suggest? Also, will any of it cut down on pop ups? I seem to be inundated with pop ups lately. I downloaded one of the free pop of blockers, which is a temporary fix (it expires in 30 days unless I buy it), but need something better long term.
